How Billing Works
Pro starts at $10/month for 10 users and 100 devices. Each additional user costs $1/month and includes 10 more devices. Linear scaling, no surprises.

Plans
Can I try Pro before paying?
Yes. Every Pro account starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required.
What happens after the trial?
We'll calculate your usage and charge for the first month. You can cancel anytime during or after the trial.
Billing
When do I get charged?
At the end of each billing period, we calculate your usage and charge for the upcoming month. You always know what you'll pay based on current usage.
What if my team size changes?
Billing adjusts automatically. Add or remove users anytime, your next bill reflects actual usage.
Do you charge for bandwidth?
No. All connectivity is included. Most connections go directly between your devices (peer-to-peer), so traffic never touches our servers. When direct connections aren't possible, traffic routes through relay servers but remains end-to-end encrypted between your devices.
Features
What are Virtual Devices?
Virtual Devices let you access devices that can't install software, like cameras, NVRs, and NAS boxes. Install Netrinos on one device at the site, and it projects a Netrinos IP onto any local device you choose. That device becomes accessible from anywhere on your Netrinos network. By adding a static route, those devices can also reach back into the mesh, an Xbox can stream from a remote NAS without either running VPN software.
What if the remote network uses the same IP addresses as mine?
It still works. Virtual Devices give each device a unique address on the Netrinos mesh, regardless of the local network. If both sides are 192.168.1.x, it doesn't matter. You connect to the mesh address, and Netrinos handles the translation.
What is WireGuard?
WireGuard is a modern VPN protocol known for its speed, simplicity, and security. It's used by Cloudflare, NordVPN, Mullvad, and other major security providers.
Does Netrinos see my traffic?
No. Connections are end-to-end encrypted between your devices using WireGuard. Most traffic flows directly peer-to-peer. When relay fallback is needed, the relay only routes encrypted packets, it cannot decrypt or inspect your data.
What platforms are supported?
Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android. This includes Raspberry Pi, ARM devices, IoT hardware, and cloud VMs. Anywhere Linux runs, Netrinos runs.
Use Cases
Can I use the free plan for my business?
No. The free Personal plan is for non-commercial use only. If you're using Netrinos for work, you need Pro.
What counts as commercial use?
Any use related to business operations: connecting office devices, remote work, accessing business systems, client work, etc.
